About Long Island Brass Lessons
Long Island Brass Lessons, provided by Juilliard-trained musician Eric Huckins are private music lessons for trumpet, french horn, trombone, euphonium (baritone), and tuba players of all skill levels and ages.
Eric specializes in providing intermediate to advanced lessons for french horn and trumpet students but is passionate about helping brass playing feel effortless and fun for all experience levels!
Lessons are highly individualized to the level and needs of each student. Students are regularly accepted to All-County, All-State, and All-Eastern Festivals and have been accepted to such institutions as Juilliard pre-college and Eastman School of Music.
Providing in-person lessons and virtual lessons over Zoom
Lessons are available in person at Eric’s private home studio in Commack, NY, and virtually over Zoom. Virtual lessons can be done on a phone, tablet, or laptop without any extra equipment.
Due to COVID-19, in-person lessons are done with a minimum of 6 feet of distance with masks worn when not playing. When playing, a mask over the bell of the instrument is required.
